Harford Community College Celebrates Constitution Day 2017

Local historian David Fisher will bring to life the first public printer of the United States and father of modern scientific experimentation, Benjamin Franklin. The event, which is being held in conjunction with Constitution Day 2017, takes place on Monday, September 18, from 12:30 to 1:30 PM, in the Hays-Heighe House at Harford Community College.


Harford Community College is offering evening classes at Aberdeen Proving Ground during the fall 2017 semester beginning September 11. Classes are also open to the general public; it is not required to work on APG. Students preparing for a baccalaureate degree can register for 100- and 200-level courses in General Psychology, Introduction to Statistics, English Composition, and Introduction to Sociology.

Farewell Dinner Honoring Trustee Doris G. Carey

A farewell dinner to honor former Harford Community College Trustee Doris G. Carey was held on Thursday, July 27, at the Maryland Golf and Country Clubs. Ms. Carey was appointed to the HCC Board in 2008 and served until June 2017.
