Harford Community College will be holding a 2017 Student Symposium on Wednesday, May 3, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM in the Student Center, Room 243. The public is invited to attend.

The symposium celebrates the creative and scholarly work of HCC students from all disciplines and affords them the opportunity to share their work with the campus community as well as the general public.

A faculty panel will evaluate and rank proposals and nominate students’ work for a ten-minute presentation or performance by each participant. Participants will receive a certificate of participation and will also be eligible for such prizes as an engraved medallion, College Store gift card, and complimentary lunch.

The Humanities Division is partnering with the Division of Student Affairs and the Library to host the 2017 Student Symposium.
