HCC's new Homeschool PE program will begin classes in late February 2019. Students can benefit from the classes as Harford’s new program is designed to help round out a great learning experience by breaking up the regular homeschool routine as well as providing a fresh social outlet. Making time for regular exercise can also help avoid a number of learning problems related to attitude and behavioral issues. Studies have shown that exercise can improve short- and long-term memory and improve mood, energy, focus, overall health, and sleep.
