On Monday, April 22, 2019, Delta Alpha Pi-Beta Rho Chapter initiated two students to its honor society. Mary Northwood and Kathleen DeLory took the pledge to become official members of the Beta Rho Chapter. This is the fourth initiation ceremony for Delta Alpha Pi-Beta Rho Chapter since the organization was chartered in 2012.

The Chapter recognizes 2018 summer and fall Delta Alpha Pi-Beta Rho Chapter Executive Board graduates, all nursing students: Jami Preisinger, President; Maureen Carroll, Vice-President/President Elect; and Erin Rodriquez (Treasurer/Secretary).

Membership in Delta Alpha Pi-Beta Rho Chapter is open to students who present with a documented disability and work with staff in Disability Support Services and demonstrate an interest in disability issues. The undergraduate student must have completed a minimum of 24 credits and achieved a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.10 (on a 4.00 scale). The Chapter welcomes its new members and looks forward to recruiting more members in the fall 2019 semester. Visit Delta Alpha Pi Honor Society for more information.
