Interested in receiving aid for college? Filling out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is always the first step—and Harford Community College is here to help you do it! On Mondays (February 3, 10, 17 & 24) and Thursdays (February 13 & 20), Financial Aid specialists will be available in the College's Student Center, Room 243 to help you complete the 2020-21 FAFSA. Hours are 4-7 PM; you must arrive by 6:15 PM to ensure that there is adequate time to complete the FAFSA.

The FAFSA is used by most colleges to determine and/or distribute financial aid. It is recommended that everyone fill out the form even if they don't believe they are eligible for federal funds, as many colleges require it to distribute private scholarships or academic awards. The Maryland State priority deadline for FAFSA applications is March 1st for the following fall.

Please note that Harford Community College provides this service for all students and parents. You do not need to be a Harford Community College student to attend.

Call 443-412-2257 or email to RSVP and get a list of paperwork you will need to complete the form.
