Client Support Services

Computing & Technology Services (CTS) provides technology support in Internet services, networking, telecommunications, microcomputer hardware and software support for all academic and administrative computer users on campus.

Help Desk

The help desk is the first line of defense for technology problems at HCC.  We assist student's, faculty and staff on a variety of issues including software problems, hardware problems, account services, connection assistance, and many other services.

Client Support

The client support team is responsible for solving hardware and software problems around campus.

  • Spring and Fall Semester
    Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-7:30pm
    Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm
  • Summer and Winter Sessions
    Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm
  • After hours, Weekends and Holidays.
