This is the annual nonprofit conference tailored for the Susquehanna region. This program is for nonprofit professionals and board members, and will show how to "plan from abundance." Featured speakers Tami Zavislan and Nettie Owens will show how every organization and group has a unique culture entrenched yet evolving, and how it impacts its effectiveness. Participants will learn how to cultivate a positive culture so that all parts of the organization can successfully build a culture of philanthropy within your staff, leadership, board, and volunteers.
