About
As a member of the Harford County Bar, Maryland State Bar, and American Bar Association,
I have been a practicing attorney since 1991, working in a general practice firm and
as a sole practitioner. After graduating from law school, I clerked for The Honorable
Maurice W. Baldwin in the Circuit Court of Maryland in Harford County. I also worked
with the Maryland General Assembly in Annapolis for two legislative sessions. I started
teaching as an adjunct at Harford Community College in 1997 and became a full-time
