
Protect Your Account Look out for phishing emails sent from Hotmail and Gmail accounts. These messages may contain word attachments and links to fake forms designed to steal your username and password. Do not click links or open attachments. Never provide your personal or financial information—such as bank details, passwords, or ID numbers—in response to an unsolicited texts and/or phone calls. Doing so could lead to fraud, identity theft, or even draining of your bank accounts. If you're unsure, hang up and contact the organization directly using verified contact details. Report suspicious messages immediately using the Phishing icon in Outlook or forward them to phishing@harford.edu. |

We strongly encourage you to complete the free application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) early in the college admissions process, apply for scholarships through organizations outside of the College, and learn all you can about the financial aid process and options.
