About
Professor Claudia Brown is a long-time resident of Harford County and a graduate of
North Harford High School. She began teaching at HCC in 1998 as a GED and SAT Prep
instructor in the non-credit division; she has been teaching credit classes since
2002. Professor Brown values the opportunity to serve the Harford community as an
educator and advisor to Owl Magazine, HCC’s nationally award-winning student publication.
