About

Jill joined Harford as a full time faculty member in Data Science and Mathematics in 2023. Jill has been teaching at Harford since 2012.  She grew up in Baltimore County, Maryland and currently resides with her husband just across the Mason Dixon line in Southern York County, PA.  They own a 75-acre farm along the majestic Susquehanna River.   Before beginning her teaching career Jill worked for over 20 years in healthcare market research.  She loved that she could use her statistics degree to analyze data and help clients make sense of it for their business needs. Data Science in Action! Adding value with real-world interpretation is the best customer service! Making the move to teaching was a wonderful extension and she enjoys the interaction with students and seeing the light bulb of understanding go on.
