Kenneth Jones
Associate Professor Art and Design
About
A visual artist, curator and collector with years of professional experience as a
designer, art director and photographer, Jones has exhibited his work internationally
in over 80 solo and group shows and won many awards. His conceptual projects are related
to imaging, commerce and collecting material culture into the forms of prints, installations
and performance. His recent printmaking and installation projects examine the structure
of the image by modifying and reinventing their purpose and the devices and machines
we use to make them. Humor, chance and context play big roles in Jones’ artistic works
fueled by his interests in research and history.
