A solo exhibition of artworks by Brad Blair, Harford’s Chesapeake Gallery Coordinator, will be on display February 4-26 at the Delaplaine Arts Center, 40 S. Carroll Street in Frederick, MD. It’s Blair's largest exhibition to date.
