Owl Media, Harford’s student multimedia publication (formerly Owl Magazine), won a record-breaking eight national awards in the prestigious Pinnacle Awards sponsored by the College Media Association at their 2023 fall national convention.

The public is invited to the free, season-opening concert of the Harford Youth Orchestra and Harford String Orchestra on Saturday, November 11 at 1 p.m. at Havre de Grace High School, 445 Lewis Lane. Support your local youth musicians!
Harford held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Chesapeake Welcome Center, the College’s new front door and first stop for students and visitors, on October 26. The building will double in size and is expected to be complete in April 2025.
Governor Wes Moore has appointed Maude M. CreveCoeur to the nine-member Harford Community College Board of Trustees. She will serve as the Councilmanic District E Representative. Her term will expire on June 30, 2028.
