Harford Community College Board of Trustees to Meet in June

The Board of Trustees of Harford Community College will hold its regular monthly meeting in a hybrid format on Tuesday, June 13 beginning at 6 PM. Employees and community members may join the meeting in person in Edgewood Hall, Room 132 or watch the meeting online via MS Teams. Action items on this month’s agenda include the election of officers for FY2024, approval of the FY2024 operating budget and the 2023-2026 Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) Plan for a Program of Cultural Diversity, contract authorizations (Learning Management System, Microsoft volume license renewal with Bell Techlogix, athletic uniforms, the Chesapeake Welcome Center construction project, Ad Astra renewal), a purchase authorization for insurance renewal, policy proposals on conflict of interest and accommodations, a policy update on employment classification, and approval of the FY2024 Board calendar. The Board will also enter into a closed session to discuss personnel matters.
