Wilmington University and Harford Community College have announced a dynamic new partnership, offering students a seamless and accelerated path from associate to bachelor’s degrees. Harford students can fast-track their bachelor’s programs at lower costs, and Wilmington University (WilmU) will offer qualified students scholarships as part of the partnership.
