Want to be part of something bigger? Want to make a difference?
Imagine yourself empowering people to build healthier and safer communities. Community health considers where we live, learn, work, and age, and whether our communities are safe and supportive. The Community Health Promotion program includes job shadow and internship opportunities to showcase the diverse career opportunities in the field of health promotion and disease prevention. The program creates a transfer pathway into a baccalaureate degree in community health.
At Harford Community College, we offer a community health promotion degree that can prepare you for transfer to a four-year institution to complete your bachelor's degree.
Harford's small, student-centered, and flexible learning class options are the ideal learning environment for studying community health promotion.
