Hosted by Harford’s Nursing and Allied Health Professions Division, the summer 2022 Nursing Class Pinning Ceremony for 32 proud and happy associate degree nursing graduates was held in the Chesapeake Center.
Dr. Marc Minnick is Harford’s new Dean of Business & Applied Technology. He last served at Manor College in Jenkintown, PA. In addition to his academic experience, Dr. Minnick brings extensive industry background to Harford.
Harford Community College in Bel Air has received $243,252 in funding from the Maryland State Department of Education, Division of Career and College Readiness, under the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act of 2018 (Perkins V).
The spring 2022 Heavy Equipment Operations class was the first to come through Harford’s Leading Edge Training Center Powered by the Ratcliffe Foundation. All the completers received job offers from local businesses.

Former baseball standout and 2019 NJCAA DI All-American Braeden Fausnaught ’19 has signed with MLB’s Philadelphia Phillies. He finished 2019 at Harford with a 7-1 record, a 1.75 ERA over 56-2/3 innings, and 92 strikeouts.

The Board of Trustees of Harford Community College will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, August 2 beginning at 6 PM.
